Lifetime warranty

Every PELE ring comes with a lifetime warranty. Life happens. If your ring is damaged, lost, or simply done, we will replace it one time.

What you get

• One lifetime warranty claim per original purchase
• Same style and size when we still carry it
• If that style is gone, or you’d rather choose differently: any PELE ring of equal or lesser value

Choosing a lower-priced ring does not refund the difference. The warranty covers your original purchase, not a credit balance.

What’s covered

• Damage, chips, cracks, or a ring that is no longer wearable
• Loss or theft
• Normal wear that has ended the life of the band or inlay

Koa is a natural material. Grain and tone vary from piece to piece. Differences from photos are not a warranty claim.

What’s not covered

• A second lifetime claim on the same order (one replacement only)
• Rings altered by a third party
• Refunds or store credit in place of a replacement

The replacement ring is not covered by a new lifetime warranty. Size fits and 30-day returns still follow our return policy on the original purchase window where they apply.

How to claim

Use our contact form with your order number, the ring you received, and (if you prefer) the equal-or-lesser style you want as a replacement. We’ll confirm next steps. A photo may be requested.

Sizing

Need a different size within the return window? Use our return and exchange policy. Warranty is for replacement over the life of the ring, not a shortcut for first fit.
